How Do I Get Started?

If you’re serious about improving your golf game, I can definitely help you! My coaching model is based on a year round coaching model. For a new player the first thing I like to do is set up an initial assessment. This assessment will look at every part of your game. We will go through a full swing, short game, putting, and physical assessment. At the end you will have clear takeaways on how to improve each part of your game. This assessment will take about 2.5 hours. We will also discuss the year long program options I have available.

My Approach to Help You Improve

Improving your golf game and lowering your score requires a commitment from both of us! I do not believe that one off lessons work. They do not help you improve! Getting better at golf requires a complete approach which includes examining all aspects of the game and your performance. Improving is also more than just time spent practicing on the driving range. Yes, we will spend time on the driving range, but we will also spend time on the putting green, chipping green, in the bunker, and on the course. My lessons are offered in both 6 month and 12 month programs.

Golf Programs require a complete approach to examining all aspects of the game.

These golf programs require a commitment, and if you are serious about improving your golf game I will be just as committed as you are to bringing your game to the next level. I use a wide range of training aids and tech to assist you to the point where you feel like you’re improving. At the end of each session, I provide you with a summary video created through CoachNow. Watching your performance is a useful visual aid to correcting and improving your performance. I will also provide customized drills for the areas you need to work on.

Locations

I offer year-round golf lessons. During the outdoor season, I teach most of my lessons at Seven Lakes Golf Club in south-west Windsor. We can discuss alternate arrangements during our initial meeting.

During the winter I provide lessons indoors at Swing Factory. I also offer lessons online through FaceTime and the CoachNow app.

GPAR

What is GPAR Canada?

GPAR stands Golf Performance and Rehabilitation. Your body is the most important piece of your golf swing. Regardless of your age or current physical condition I believe it is vital to be assessed by experts, and that’s why I have partnered with the team at GPAR. Their staff include Chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, physical trainers and more!

During your first session with GPAR you will go through a physical assessment. During this assessment they will be checking your mobility and stability as it pertains to golf. We all have limitation that can affect our golf swing and our ability to make changes in your swing. If you have any current ailments or lingering injuries (we all do!) they will discuss and make recommendations on how to get you feeling and moving better!
